I had a ring made by Graham for a very special reason. It surpassed my expectations and I am absolutely thrilled with it. The workman ship is amazing and the design is exactly what I wanted. I had my wedding ring made and then resized by Graham. He was fantastic throughout the design process taking my ideas and adding his own brilliance to the mix resulting in a one of a kind piece. I couldn't be happier with the final result!

I love the engagement ring my fiance picked out for me, but something wasn't quite right when I tried it on with the matching wedding band... the trilogy diamonds no longer stood out, as they were very close to the height of the band (see photos).Graham from Tighe Jewellers in Midland sat down with me and understood exactly what I was after; to keep the look of the ring the same, but simply lift the trilogy diamonds in height so they still stand out next to the additional band. Since picking up my modified engagement ring, I am absolutely in love with it!Now when I try it on with the wedding band, my engagement ring is no longer lost as the hero" piece and I feel the two rings now compliment each other :) It may seem like a small change to some

Had both engagement and wedding rings completed here after a friend recommendation. We visited a number of places in Perth before walking into their Madeley store. We found an actual design we loved for the engagement ring and they were able to design a wedding band as per our specifications.They were also more than happy to use a diamond supplied by us without additional costs. Delivered price was much more reasonable than a number of other quotes we had received.Overall quite happy to recommend. Great quality, service and price.

Engagement ring needed resizing and having only had it for less than a week, I was worried to part with it. I spoke with the assistant who said if it was done earlier than expected, I would be notified immediately. Less than 24 hours and I had it back! Amazing service and attentiveness!

Cant give any more stars at the moment. Have left 2 pieces of expensive jewellery for repair. Trying to check they are ready as promised but nobody answering the phone.The store is open.Sales person very friendly and helpful when dropping off items.Will update review if items repaired on time. Just frustrated I cant check.

After a bad experience at my own local jewellers, I called Graham from Tighe Jewellers to enquire about having a ring sized. Went in the next day to leave the ring, and was surprised when I received a call before lunch time to say that the work was done and the ring could be picked up. Beautiful work done very quickly and at a more than reasonable price. The staff were very helpful and I would certainly recommend them to anyone. I myself will be a repeat customer for sure.
